Poor Service

I was admitted in hospital and I missed my online KCQ and they are now refusing to allow me to attempt the online even though I provided them with proof from the hospital that I was admitted, they then told me there is nothing they can do to help with, what happened to human dignity?, I am really disappointed and they told me to re-register if I don't provide them with proof but I didn't or they want me to disclose my confidentiality information in terms of what the doctor diagnosed, if that the their policy the request confidential information.
