Poor service

Good day, I'm very disappointed by the service from mancosa. I have been having an issue regarding my Assignment. I have tried speaking to Mancosa since December 2019 up to date. Sent emails even to the management that promised to get back to me, until today I'm still waiting. it has been months without a success. No one is willing to assist. I'm disgusted by the level of poor professionalism by the institution. All they are doing is to reap off people their hard earned cash. I have not received my results no one is willing to even pick up the phone an call. When you call their call Centre no one picks up, willing to take ownership or they answer like they are talking to their friends. Mancosa is the worst institution ever. Will never ever recommend it to anyone. Coming from the customer service I have never seen anything like this. I regret the day I enrolled with them.
