Poor service

Very bad service with Mancosa, my assignment was uploaded and send via email as well , and their system says i did not uploaded my assignment and i am told o have failed my exam because of my assignment was not uploaded hence there is proof of emails going back and forth with them

Mancosa advise me to send my assignment via email should there be glitches on their system , they are now telling me that they wont look at my assignment as its not uploaded on my portal
