POOR SERVICE

I regret the day I took the decision to study with Mancosa , It has not been an easy journey. Issues are not resolved ,staff is very rude(if you happen to reach them on the phone) they don't want to be asked questions for clarity. I've been sent from pillar to post .The only quick response you will get is when you request a statement. I have been trying to reach student services since last week. And before then, I tried in June while prepping for my OSA; STILL NO LUCK
