Poor service

<p>I am a registered student at MANCOSA, I have been in contact with them for the past few months to get result for my new employer to make payment for my outstanding fees. The matter was referred to the head office where it was further referred to the manager who up until today a few months later has not gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been studying with this institution for the past year and in the first semester I would get immediate updates if assignments has been uploaded online, I checked online one day just to find that one of my assignments has been uploaded and requires resubmission but the due date was the same day. I emailed the assignment department at the office in Cape Town. I referred an email back weeks after I have sent it and still today the matter is not finalize.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email notification of an assignment that was uploaded online during writing exams that as has the same closing date as the day of notification.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up until today after writing exams the matters for term marks has not yet been resolved and final results are almost due. This is poor service for an institution that offers higher education that does not respond to students and that about such important matters. I will be taking the matter further with the Department of Higher education and training.</p> <p> </p>
