POOR SERVICE

i am a registered student at Mancosa for Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management which is a one year course ,i have registered for 6 modules which each module consist of four assignments and one project.

i failed to submit the last two assignments of two modules, but i passed the projects and my results came back as a failed. i then contacted student support to find out when i can do a supplementary, i was told i have to reregister the module again next year as Mancosa does not do supplementary ...i then explain to the student advisor that the reason i could not submit the assignment the system was offline and i was told there is nothing they can do its the rules of the college.

i am very unhappy with this as i have passed the projects and i did submit the other two assignment and passed both of them and i do not understand why am i not given a chance to pay and rewrite the module. i am really unhappy with the service i receive from Mancosa.
