Poor Service

I had an electricity and network issue for a week for the month of May 16th 2025 until the 21st 2025. I was not able to write my KCQ2 on all my 4 modules that was due on the 21st, When my electricity issue was resolved on the 22nd. I sent them an email explaining my issue . I was only rep**** on 31st of may by Sinenhlahla bohlela after 10 days

Sending me an automated communication that state all assessment components of a module are compulsory to pass the module and i will have to re-register in the next intake. I mean i am studying a 3 year course in BCOM . I have already pain Mancosa in full for the first and second semester and they do not want to consider my situation that was beyond my control.

I asked the consultant to escalate my issue to management but still she sends me automated email about the same thing. Truly speaking Mancosa complaints are becoming more than their organization. I am deeply hurt, disappointed and emotionally damaged. Can someone assist with this asap please
