POOR SERVICE

Your service is very poor, a person keeps being transferred from one person to another. How can a person be transferred to 6 people and none them can help you. To top it off they just drop your call. A person placed on hold forever and your call gets dropped just like that as if we dont have anything better to do. I wrote my supplementary exam in July, I payed for my exam at the beginning of this week my marks were not uploaded and I never received any notification saying remarking will be closed at a certain period. All I want is my paper re marked thats all I want but nobody can help. You withheld my results for R300 yet my entire tuition of R23000 is payed. This is my lively hood I want my paper remarked because the marks seem far off from my estimate.
