Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication after I settled my outstanding fees. I was assured that my results would be released and my graduation invite would be sent within 24 hours of payment. However, this has not been the case. Instead, I have had to contact several departments on my own, spending hours on hold. To date, I have not received any communication regarding my graduation invite. The lack of internal coordination is an inconvenience.
