Poor Service

I tried calling Mancosa to help with late registration and for extension so that i can write my june exam for just 1 module that they saying i didn't submit. No one is giving me straight answer they all shifting blame to each other and as a customer that's really frustrating cause i had ask them that the company that's paying for my bursary what's to pay for my post grad and i couldn't get help from Mancosa. I want to say that as customer/student i am really disappointed with the poor service that got.
