Poor response for Query / Complaint

I received my assignment "marked" assignments for first semester late after numerous emails for them to be sent to me. I had then queried my marks for Business Management 3A and 3B as in 1 assignment not all questions were marked and not even moderated. I had spoken to Mubeen Seedat over email who had then asked if I want the assignments to be remarked. I have been following up with him since JUNE 2017 and have not received any feedback as yet!!! My marked assignments still does not reflect on my profile, however it states that I have to re register for Business Management 3B as I have failed. How does Mancosa decide on this when there is an open query that has not been resolved!!! For the 3 years I have been with Mancosa this year has been the worst ever!! I will never refer Mancosa to anyone as I am questioning the competence of the "markers" i.e. are they even qualified? And I do not think I want to register with Mancosa next year as well.
