poor marking at Mancosa

I have never regretted being part of an institution like i am with mancosa... i have tried numerous channels to get clarity on their marking system... on 1 of my assignment i got a 1/25 while i have 11 ticks on that particular question with a marker's remarks that are so vague and when comparing with other students the remarks look like a copy and paste. i dont even think they put effort to actually mark our assessments. i'm approaching exams with this kind of feedback on an nqf level 8... what's worse is they refuse to engage us as studentd telephonically to give futher clarity. can i get a marker from mancosa to supply me with proper engagement and feedback on my assessments please?
