POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANCOSA

I am trying to register for a higher certificate right??cool,online application and then submit.I get an email from Mpho Mathye my assigned student adviser.The pits of the pits Mpho never called me,never replies to my emaild instead he will send me generic emails about registration fees.As for ALL NUMBERS YOU CAN FIND ON THEIR WEBSITE??THEY DONT WORK!!KEEPS RINGING NON STOP.WHATSAPP CHAT??NO RESPONSE FROM Friday!!I doubt Il enroll with you guys
