POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been requesting my Strategic Management Assignment Marks for the past 5 months. Only two weeks ago I received the assignment mark but the transcript is not updated, Bursary committee wants statement of results, i just cant get hold of anyone that can assist me truth fully, every week its another story...am really FED UP now with all the stories that they are telling.
