Poor customer service

Mancosa customer service is disappointing to say the least. I was never invited to my own graduation and now I’m liable for paying the R350.00 for "Graduation in Absentia".All they can do is send me print screen of the email invitation which I never received. I guess I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY CERTIFICATE THEN.
