Poor customer service

I am still waiting for my assignment marks for July intake 2018 to this day. No one seem to care to assist.

At first their system shows that i did not submit the assignment meanwhile i have an evidence of submission.

No one is helpful at this institution either you walk in or call them.

The amount of tuition fees charged there does not meet the poor standard service is offered.

I regret the day i made a decision to register with this institution.
