Poor assistance and an overall sense of active compromise of marks

My experience with Mancosa has been atrocious! I have sent multiple emails prior to the time to ensure that I know when marks are being released as my portal had said released but was never told the specific day my marks were released; and as I read the reviews I’m not alone going through the same problems as Yamkela previously started our assignments are marked and have more ticks then X but somehow you have failed the module ; I feel as though the school is actively trying to get students to repeat modules as a plot to get more money out of us ! And worse they do not allow us a chance to see the solutions as to see how they marking criteria is set up . After multiple back and forth they tell me that I was supposed to assume that the system takes 24 to 48 hours for it to recalibrate but they had failed to tell me that ; what is worse is that I do not agree in the way they had marked my assignment
