Poor assignment marking

I am a student at Mancosa. I have to complain about the poor assignment marking for Knowledge and information management. I don't even think the marker read the information. I must say this is the last time I actually enrol with Mancosa. When you try and call the student support , you hold for 15 minutes and no one picks up. I wouldn't recommend anyone to study with Mancosa.
