Poor and Inconsistent Marking

Since I have started my course with Mancosa in this year I have done fairly well. However, I have noticed that other students faired better in marks were my answers were similar. However, today I got feedback on my results and it was shocking even though there are so many ticks on the assessment however I got 1/25 for a question answered pertaining to my business of choice which would be unique in their challenges and strategies. The rubic guidance is so limited to each question and the feedback given by Mancosa is so generic that one is lost as to what to submit and expect. I must say that the exorbitant fees we pay as students is very worrisome for the generic services we receive.
