Poor Administration in relation to my timetable for exams

My name is Nomalanga Dlamini, Student number 120334. I am currently registered for my Bachlours degree in Public Managemt , doing my first year 2020 January intake. Due to current pandemic, I received a notification from Mancosa advising that the June 2020 examinations will be done via online assessment. Furthermore I than received a time table with incomplete modules that I was suppose to write, as part of the online assessment examination. Out of the 3 modules the time table only indicated that i was scheduled to write Business Mathematics, which I did write and passed it. Economics 1B and Financial reporting and analysis/ Fundamentals of financial accounting were omitted from my time table, which means I never wrote those two Modules. Upon discovering this ara , I contacted Mancosa Student Services and I was never assisted adequately. I was was later advise to apply for Aegrotat for the two modules, which I received an approval letter dated 19 July 2020. It is very disheartening to report that till date i have not received a revised time table for November examination 2020. I personally feel that student service's manager together with the manager examinations departments are playing with the student future, since they grant Aegrotat applications and than not furnish students with time tables , so that one can prepare adequately for the upcoming examaions. My conclusion of such behavior is that both managers are only interested in registering new students. What is more nobody wants to responsibility of the mistake that was done by the institution for omitting Two module on mytime table during the June 2020 examinations. I am very much disappointed in the manner in which my issue has been handled by Mancosa , as it displays a high level of un-professionalism towards the well being of its students.
