Pending query not attended to

I have sent a query via email to almost all the email address I know, regarding an exam I missed as I never received communication for venue changes. The same day of the exam I contacted the institution and no one assisted me. Below is the email I sent, yesterday again I sent an email as I would like to register to complete my MBA and no one bothered to attend to my query.<br> The subject I was supposed to have written was Managing Strategic Change. This was on the 19th Nov 2012.<br> When such queries or complaints are raised no one attends to them but if payment is missed, I get calls, text messages etc.<br> I need feedback on this issue. Please look at my emails and respond.<br>
