Pathetic Student Support Service

I think I needed to think hard before I enrolled with Mancosa. The student service support is just so pathetic. Every time you call, no one answers. It's like it's a virtual institution. I've been paying my fees almost every month and suddenly, boom! I can't view my results because I'm told that I owe. You ask for a statement almost everytime after you've paid and no, you don't get one. It's like you just pay and don't know where those payments are going. For all I know, I paid my fees but I can't view my results. Was thinking of studying with them next year but after this kind of service, I so much doubt. I think it's better dealing with the Corona virus than with Mancosa really.
