Pathetic student services department!

I have been studying at MANCOSA for the past 3 years, and it seems that each year their student services department fails to address student queries. It is sad to see an institution create more courses, but their admin support is not to standard. I have sent numerous emails requesting assistance and to date no response. I have even copied in Zaheer Hamid - one of their heads and no response from him either! Interestingly enough, the only department that seems to be on point is their debtors team, who hound you like debt collectors if you owe them R200 .
