Pathetic service received from Mancosa Durban

I am a 3rd year student at Mancosa studying towards a HRM Degree,i am having numerous issues with the the markers,the first time i had an issue the mark was changed after i pointed out their error,this semester i am having the same problem,the feedback they provide is so generalized and in some cases does not even make sense. Mancosa is a household name known for service excellence but of late standards have really been dropping.I am sure there are other students going through this and it is becoming exhausting.
