PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY!!
Pathetic service! I have attempted to contact Mancosa on several different platforms and no response. I called the accounts dept, an advisor said the person dealing with my account was away but a msg would be passed on. Two days have gone by and nothing!! I am supposed to be attending lectures, ect but my profile is inaccessible. DO NOT STUDY THROUGH THIS ORGANIZATION, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONTINUIOUSLY FRUSTRATED!

I called accounts, I was advised I’d be contacted regarding the matter and to date I have received no response. I have since called several more times and still nothing!
