Pathetic service and no feedback

Students are unhappy. This is the 5th of February qnd nothing hqs been communicated to us. I'm stimm awaiting feedback for my study materials and thd phone are forever not attended to. I submitted my assignments last semesters and i was told nothing was received. And yet the same thing is happening again this year. No study materials and no assistance from anyone
