Pathetic Service!!!

If you are thinking of studying with Mancosa, all I can is, this twice and long and hard. I recently learnt via Facebook that people were sent graduation invites and those that didn't receive were not eligible to graduate and I happen to be one of those who didn't get the invite. In March we were asked to RSVP via the link, which I did and after that we were informed that they will send formal invites when the RSVP link closes. This morning I try to contact their student service and the line just kept on ringing. I sent a chat via MyMancosa and was told that my RSVP was not received as a result, I will not attend the graduations. Mind you, I'm talking about an institution which is known to have serious IT system issues because even writing exams was a nightmare. So, I won't be surprised if that link of theirs was also a flop because they can't even respond to our queries via email. Some of us have already paid for venues, issued graduation party invites and just to be told at the twelve hour that we are not going to graduate, it's just pathetic. I've never come across such a dysfunctional admin like the one of that institution.
