PATHETIC SERVICE

I actually graduated with an MBA degree from Mancosa yesterday. To my horror, my certificate went missing and I could not be awarded with it. I was very appalled by how your “certificate” personnel handled the whole situation. I got accused of having to have graduated in Cape Town, something I never even considered with ironically my name on the graduation . you I had to cough up an additional R400 for this graduation and a certificate I was sent on wild goose chases to different ladies who were supposed to assist me, it was embarrassing. Eventually some lady scribbled something on some piece of paper, and promised to revert to me and I have not even been called back. I have always knows your admin is pathetic, but this borders on negligence. Imagine the embarassment I faced with my family.

What broke the camel’s back for me is that, I have been struggling for 4 months now to get a transcript from you for a Post Grad diploma – Management Studies (obtained in 2003), and I even missed an opportunity to register for a DBA due to their lack of responsiveness.

What should I do to get my certificate and this transcript?
