PATHETIC SERVICE

This is the th of February and I'm still awaiting feedback on my study materials and the phone are forever not attended to. No study materials and no assistance from anyone including my student advisor does not know what is happening why i have not receved my study material. I just need my money back just refund me it cannot be right that i register in December and its now february i have not even received my study material what did i pay i paid to study and it looks like your administration is a crisis 90% of your students are not happy with your services

I dont think i am eager anymore to study at your college its so frustrating .You need to be reported to ombudsman or department of education this is so wrong
