Pathetic Service

Mancosa is the worst institution ever. The call center doesn't even answer the phone. I was on hold for 2 hours the other day and had to hang up.

They are taking ages to process my fiancé's registration. They misplaced his exam script. They didn't even provide him with exam results until we requested it. I have officially given up now.

I considered studying with Mancosa but after all these issues, I will not be studying with Mancosa at all.
