Paid tuition but apparently not registered cannot upload assignments service chat non response

Cannot upload assignment, passwords don't work, not getting reset emails. Student advisor not even in touch on any changes. When tryong to do assignment extensions, getting errors that I'm not registered but I have paid R11000 tuition already!!!
