Paid MBA Fees in Full – Still Not Allocated, No Communication, Ongoing Admin Failures at MANCOSA
I am beyond frustrated with the level of administration and service from Management College of Southern Africa.
I app**** for an MBA in 2025 and on 23 December 2025, I received a WhatsApp confirmation of acceptance. I was told to pay urgently to secure my space as it was limited. I paid the full annual fees on the same day using the link provided.
From there, things went quiet.
In January 2026, I received no official communication, no registration confirmation, nothing. On 21 January, I had to reach out to my student advisor myself to flag that I had heard nothing since making payment. I was then asked to resend proof of payment so that I could be registered. Only after this intervention did I finally receive registration confirmation on 10 February.
Since then, the experience has been chaotic:
I had to figure out systems, webinars, and assessments largely on my own. In Managerial Economics, students were already completing Assessment 1 when the lecturer suddenly announced that the paper was being changed and we had to pause immediately. No explanation was provided. We were told the institution would communicate, it never did. Instead, we received vague calls from individuals who could not answer any questions.
The biggest issue now is financial administration:
On 9 April 2026, I received a call from someone informing me that I owe fees. This was shocking, as I paid in full in December 2025. I sent proof of payment immediately and was asked to email for allocation of the funds. I did so.
Days later, I requested a statement of account, my payment was still not allocated.
From 9 April until today (17 April), despite:
1. Multiple emails 2. Two logged support tickets 3. Proof of payment attached each time 4. Clear requests to allocate payment and issue an updated statement
Nothing has been resolved.
Instead, I keep receiving statements with no allocation, which clearly shows that my request is not even being properly read or actioned.
This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for a higher education institution. It raises serious concerns about internal processes and accountability.
To make matters worse, other MBA students have:
1. Received welcome emails 2. Been sent complimentary MBA laptop bags 3. Received communication about these gestures
I have received none of this.
I logged a query about it and received a one-line response saying I would get the bag, with no follow-up and no action. Weeks later, still nothing.
At this point, I am asking:
1. When will my full payment (made in December 2025) be correctly allocated? 2. When will I receive an accurate statement of account reflecting this? 3. Why has there been no proper communication throughout this process? 4. Why am I being treated inconsistently compared to other MBA students?
This experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. I expect urgent resolution and proper accountability.
