Outstanding service

Thank you so much to Collen who i believe is in the Durban Campus at support services. I first dealt with him last year, his interest in my query and ability to go above and beyond to assist is remarkable. I have almost become addicted to being helped by him and he is always so kind, he follows on your query till its resolved. If it was a friday afternoon, i would say to his manager "Give this man a bells". Thank you so much Collen, you remake my/our educational journeys better and easier
