Outstanding Results

I was told to resubmit an assignment which I failed. One month and one week later I still haven't received my assignment mark. I wrote exams and total mark is still based on my first assignment and I'm told I have a supplementary exam. How do I a supplementary exam if I haven't received my reassignment mark. It is one week before the supp exams and I still don't know where I stand. I'm told the tutor is still marking my script. I am so frustrated right now
