Outstanding remark result URGENT
We obtained Exam results in December and on the 15th I app**** and paid for a remark for Local Government 2B in dispute of the result. To date I have not received my remark result and the supplementary exam is scheduled for 12 January 2021 which is tomorrow. I have been calling student services and no one is assisting me and/or are dropping calls. Mancosa connect student portal shows as marking completed but my result is still outstanding. I have spoken to various student services consultants, each promising to return to me. I spoke to Belinda and Thabisile-more than once and Nondumiso. One waits for for over 30 minutes at most for call to be answered only to have it dropped or being told they are waiting on Exam department but never get back to me. I paid for the remark 17/12/2020 and still no result. It is pointless to have paid for it in dispute and to still be expected to write supplementary tomorrow. At this point, I wont be recommend the institution anymore.

In frustration I attempted the exam only to be emailed by Pamela Maswera that:
"Kindly be advised that students cannot request for a remark and write a supplementary as well. In the case whereby you request for a remark and you write a supplementary, if the Supplementary mark is lower than the remark, the Supplementary mark will stand."
I refuse to be liable for consultants inability to advise and convey correct information!
