Only legal action will get you attention at Mancosa it seems

On the 15th of November I wrote my exam. Upon submission I lost all my work due to a Mancosa system error, I sent them the proof. I immediately sent a message through the chat group supp**** by Mancosa, no response. I then sent an email to mancosa student services. For 6 weeks Mancosas response to me was that their assessment department is looking into my work that disappeared. 2 hours before the marks were released, my paper was miraculously retrieved. The result, a failed module. I then paid Mancosa to review my paper on the 23rd of December, to date nobody has contacted me for this review from their assessment department despite the fact that today, 30 December is the last day to have papers remarked and I needed to review my paper to see what they have retrieved if anything at all. Mancosa does not take any responsibility for their system failure and they just want money from students despite the fact that they are to blame for this mess. It looks like the only way to get through to Mancosa is through legal action as they just refuse to assist students any other way.
