Online link on email not working and not available on due date calendar on website to resubmit assignment causing course repeat but taking student monies - ******* online college

Mancosa claims that my assignment re-submission is on the portal. Going to the re-submission date, there's no normal link for re-submission, I opted to use the link sent on the reminder email which doesn't work.

Ticket closed without resolution, my resubmission issue just left at that no explanation. Student support staff *********** in resolving technical issues.

Students expected to pay fees and forced to repeat modules regardless of incompetence and inefficient "online submission". This online schooling is completely flawed (links sent on emails not working and no link on resubmission date) whilst this college feeds on money from students.
