Online assessment

I am so frustrated. I was writing for 5 hours and when i had to submit. All my work just disappeared. I tried calling student services but couldn't get hold of anybody. I sent emails, whatsapp messages, used the freshdesk option and even raised a query on the Mancosa app. I still did not get a response.
