Ongoing Registration Delays and Unfair Treatment – Urgent Intervention Needed from MANCOSA Management

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the ongoing poor service and lack of assistance I continue to receive from MANCOSA.

Despite submitting my application for a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management on 09 July 2025, I have faced continuous delays with no clear guidance or resolution. I am now being questioned about the module that I was expempted from by UNISA and this module was part of my previous qualification, and I have already submitted a signed declaration to confirm this. Despite providing this proof, I am now being questioned again, as if my academic record is not trusted. This back-and-forth is exhausting, unprofessional and completely unfair to me as an applicant who has met all requirements and provided all requested documentation.

This situation is now placing my bursary at risk and jeopardising my future plans. I feel disrespected and disregarded by an institution that claims to support higher education and development.

I am now demanding that a senior MANCOSA management representative contacts me directly so we can have a proper discussion. I am prepared to explain everything, but I will no longer tolerate this back-and-forth and lack of accountability.

Kimberley Pilane has genuinely tried to assist me and I appreciate her efforts but clearly the problem lies within MANCOSA’s internal systems and communication.

I need urgent intervention now. This cannot go on any longer.
