Not getting any response from Mamcosa

I have made payment and requested my student advisor to assist in updating my finance status in order for me to access my results, to date I haven't received any feedback.why must I write to Hello peter in order for him to take me seriously. His name is Colin Danisa. The email was also sent to ***;***;***,no one responded.

You try to call no one is picking up the calls.

Can someone please help or allocate a new student advisor to me cos clearly Colin is failing me.This is the second time I have complained about Colin. I would appreciate a response cos I need to start with my lesson for the second semester

At this point Mancosa ,because of the poor service of its employees doesn't even deserve 1 star,it's actually a zero
