Not allowed to write Assignment due to medical unfit

I was supposed to complete by 2nd KCQs of 4 modules before 16 May 2024. I wasn't well since the 14 May and submitted the doctors note. And I am only told that its only Hospital Admission certificate only for me to rewrite. What do you call that? They told me even if I can get 100% on 1st KCQs and Online Assessment (Final Exam), I will still fail. How don't they calculate based on percentage of work submitted. Mind you, thier classes is always behind the kcq assessment.
