Non responsive student advisor

I have had a negative experience with Siyasanga Mkosana who never responds to emails. whatsapps or return calls. I have been emailing her and calling and unable to get hold of her. Yesterday, I called and was informed she had left for the day (midday) and would be working from home today. My bursary application is closing tomorrow. There is a lack of courtesy on her side the service leaves much to be desired. My experience has been horrible. I do not recommend this institution at all.
