No service or assistance

<p>I urgently need a confirmation letter so that I can attest my degree at an international embassy. I emailed the ********** mailbox with no reply, I then called several times and no one answered their phones besides reception. Today 25 July 2017, I decided to drive from Pinetown to the Durban campus for assistance. I have been sitting in reception waiting for help for over an hour now. The receptionist informed me that they only assist with confirmation letters for current students, she put me on the phone with a lady who had no clue what I'm talking about so I emailed her the template from the embassy. My parking ticket is going to expire, I am tired and really need a letter drawn up. Is there anyone in this higher education institution who can type a confirmation letter?</p>
