No service / no response

<p>Service at Manocsa is ridiculous. They just dont reply. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need my marked assignments and want to know when I can expect it, but just no replies on my email. Am I not paying for service???</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not the first time, the portal also has problems, and again I am not important enough to get any response when I report problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last semester was the same terrible admin, how am we supposed to go into exams with no idea what how I did on my assignments. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am seriously considering cancelling my contract with Mancosa due to non performance from their side.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
