NO Service - MANCOSA you need to urgently look into the student service

Mancosa your service has gone from 10 to 0 and you staff member Anitha Hardeo (Ann) has been NO help she was rather giving me attitude and speaking to me like I am dumb or deaf very unprofessional and please go listen to the call because she is very rude and her tone of her voice while speaking to me, I am shocked that she suppose to be helping and guiding students but rather she is irritable with you because of Mancosa's system that is failing us. My exam results is not showing on the system, it was showing for one day and then disappeared. I have notice there is more students that has the same problem that has shared their concerns on Hello Peter, this tells me you guys are aware of this issue what what is being done? I need assistance with my results please can someone competent call me Student number 144752
