No service delivery at all

So i did a certificate request around the 20th June as per Mancosa's instructions ,The request gave me an option to put in my work address as I am at work during the day. Today after Mancosa has rep**** I get a call and the lady asks if i got an email from the courier company because someone did as if I am a mad person that complains about things that are not there that time all of this was done 10 mins ago .The addressgiven to the courier companyismy home addressbecause clearly it was done under pressure and when I tell this lady she boldly says thats the only address that they have on their system. My explanation of the fact that I requested this certificate to be sent to my place of employment fell on deaf ears and she couldn't even acknowledge a mistake from their side.


.I really hate how this Institution treats students as if this is some form of free feeding scheme,if i am able to pay Mancosa fees surely I am not that stupid and deserve some level of respect from these people Every time I must deal with them I must relive all the trauma they have put me through all over again.Im just relieved that this is the last time I have to deal with this Institution because their service delivery is just below average with patronizing staff members that will gaslight you into thinking you are the mad person

Recieved my certificate still at the wrong address, anyway all is well .My journey with this Institution definitely ends here.
