No sense of urgency from student services
I am not happy with the service that I am receiving. I have written to the student services with no response & no sense of urgency. I have to resubmit an assignment that was released on the 8th June & due date was the 18th. I complained that the portal does not have an option for me to resubmit & shows no due date even sent screenshots but no response. This is my future we talking about. I've been with Mancosa since 2014 I have two qualifications.

To show that you guys are not really clued up about your job I have noted since last year that the 082 number was ****** you should delete that from your system. 22 Jun 2023, 09:12You do a good job advertising the school but you cannot take care of student matters. Who do we talk to when we have issues? because that student services email is not working for me. You do not care about the wellbeing of students.
