NO RESPONSE TO STUDENT QUERIES
I sent an email to *** four days ago since they never answer the phone. The supposed turnaround time for them to respond is 48 hours. 48 hours have passed and I still have not received any feedback. I am currently in hospital, I emailed medical reports from the hospital as per the institution's policy. I am supposed to write exams from the 2nd of November but cannot do so because I'm in hospital. This is causing me a lot of anxiety and frustration. PLEASE RESPOND TO STUDENT QUERIES!

02 Nov 2022, 12:16My query is still pending. The MANCOSA representative (Belinda Jasson), who was assigned to assist me did not respond to my emails, nor did she phone me. Student Support is supposed to offer students SUPPORT but they are lacking greatly in that part. I am still waiting for new dates to submit my outstanding assignments as I am still in hospital.
