No response, no follow up

I’m a prospective student for 2025. For three whole months I have asked for someone from Mancosa to give me a call. I keeping asked for my phone number which I’ve given more than 10 times but I’m always given automated responses, or asked to give my contact details, yet again. I need assistance with my application as soon as possible.
