No response, no assistance, no help! Unprofessional

This institution is annoying. They do not take calls, never respond to emails. Never respond to enquiries on the portal. Now I am in a hospital bed and cannot do my assignments been trying to reach out to see if I can cancel my registration for this semester and do it on the second semester. No help so far. Next thing I will be asked to re-register because I could not do my assignments. It is really annoying.
